Delia Quigley is the Director of StillPoint Schoolhouse,
where she teaches a holistic lifestyle designed to achieve optimal
health and well being, based on her 30 years of study, experience and
practice. The programs she has created, the Body Rejuvenation Cleanse, Cooking the Basics, and Broken Bodies Yoga,
are offered as daily and weekly classes in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Delia's credentials include Holistic Health Counselor, Natural Foods/Macrobiotic
chef, Yoga instructor, Energy therapist and Public speaker.
Delia
is committed to teaching the art of surviving in a technological
culture by preserving many of the old ways that support and maintain
our physical body, helping to calm and stabilize our minds. She is the

Delia's
articles on health and yoga have appeared in numerous publications and
resource books. Presently, Delia writes a weekly column, Rejuvenate Your Body,
for Care2 the largest online social network empowering civically active
people to "make a difference." She also posts a weekly food blog featuring seasonal recipes, as well as, an inspiring yoga blog.
In 1999, Delia developed
The Body Rejuvenation Cleanse, a five-week body detoxification program
that has successfully changed the health and lives of countless numbers
of people who have completed the program. Teacher training
programs are also available for those interested in helping change the
health and lives of those around you for the better.
Delia has
an extensive background in video/film, theatre and
performance. She has a B.A. in Theatre Arts and is a graduate of the
Maine Film and Television Workshops in Rockport, Maine. Delia has
produced and directed videos, and hosted both radio and
television programs concerning health, nutrition, hatha yoga, organic
